Found this on Kitty's LJ and thought it would be fun to try it to. I bet there are instructions im missing but im just going to answer each question for fun.
1. Have you had any relationships this year?
I dont know tbh, almost? Does wishing make it so?
2. Have you had your birthday yet?
Unfortunately, didnt like it

Yeah and i dont like it... duh. Atleast i have good things to cry for now
4. Been on a diet?
Sort of, more like i changed the way i eat to low carbonhydrate. Have been doing it for like 6-7 months now i think, im not good at keeping track of when i start stuff. Slowly losing pounds ^_^
5. Pulled an all nighter?
many many. nightshift really does make you sleep oddly sometimes
6. Drank Starbucks?
Doesnt exist in sweden to my knowledge, coffee i have every time i work though ;)
7. Went Camping?
Nope
8. Bought something(s)
Yeah a few things. Upgraded comp, a few books, cellphone (Sony walkman 850i which is awesome to be honest and a bit expensive >.<). I dont buy stuff often enough though... or is that a good thing? It costs less atleast.
9. Met someone special?
Very special
10. Been out of state?
Dont have states, but the equivalent to it in sweden i guess so yes. I actually moved to a new "state".
11. Gone Snowboarding?
No (and i ski if i go on snowtriå)

Kitty and interface stuff i need for WoW, nice mix

Yep and plenty other stuff to. Kids go to school so you dont need to work at retirement homes.

Not really big no, small things yes but i dont count those. My big regrets are all over a year old.

Really yell? My dad... (the ones you love can always hurt and upset you the most and i have a very very long fuse) Raise voice, crazy lady at work.
What did you do today?
Hmmmmm counting a bit of yesterday to, stayed up after work until Kitty got up for work so i could hear her a bit. Slept until 20.35. Hurried like hell to work (starts 21.00). Worked a bit and chatted a bit on cell. Got home and played WoW and talked to IB, still waiting for Kitty to get up again. I want to hear her voice. These weekends when she is free during the hours that i work and work while im usually awake really makes me miss her. Oops, think i overdid that answer

So im playing FFXI and WoW when it comes to online games atm. FFXI not really doing much, messing around mostly and trying to earn money. What i want is a vermillion cloak for my blue mage before i am the lvl to wear it. Still have not decided if im going to try to catch up to Kitty on my whm to lvl with her or wait for her on blu. Blu is what i want to play after all but i like just playing with her alot and i think it would be even more fun if i wasnt sitting outside party as a 75 blm. Hope i can do some quests with her tomorrow, it feels somewhat skewed with me "doing" stuff so often on my blm since he is the strongest i have and not wanting to ask her to bring out the rdm since i know she doesnt really like it. I might just hold on a bit, getting money as she catches up to my blu and we can both go around playing on those. My blu is far more fun than my blm anyway.
In WoW i got lvl 55 on my hunter today and i hit honored with argent dawn yesterday. Starting on Timbermaw hold right now to get honored there to before i either go back to argent dawn or try for another one. Main goal is to get all reputation reward enchants at the moment while gaining levels.
Need to do a few instance runs eventually but havent really gone for it. I vary myself with pvp instead. I must say i have an easier time than i thought i would at lvl 54 (which was what i was last time i pvp'd). Beast mastery spec ftw. |

So i work at a hospice/retirement home thingy, basically old people who needs to be helped with everything from changing the diaper to calling their children to only needing occasional help a few times a month. It is an incredibly noble profession and i can tell quite a few incredibly gross stories and ive found what i dont want to do with my life...
However, right now i work nightshift. I have been doing this for the last 6 months roughly and it is good pay ($13 an hour + $4.30 for nighttime work or + $5.7 for weekends. Before swedish taxes mind you), long boring nights and very little work. Ive hardly been loving it but if id have to recommend a shitty job for someone that has to pay the bills then find a nighttime job at a calm hospice.
It is about 8 months since i quit my daytime job at another hospice which i had been at for about 2.5 years before moving to the big city (yeah 2 months unemployed, i was so poor) and now ive started working extra at my current job since i only work 64%. Unfortunately i decided to look into working a few dayshifts to so that i could get a few more hours since open night shifts is few and far between. Had a 7.30-14 and a 16-20 shift where i worked beside someone else to learn the daytime routines and it felt pretty decent. Today i worked 6.45-15.15 for the first time being "a regular worker" on dayshift and good god, if i didnt want the money so bad id say fck em and never work day again. It is way more stressful, you have to help someone take a shower every day which basically makes me sweat like a bastard since im standing in the heat of the water vapor in my normal working clothes with just some waders and a plastic apron... And i dont know what im supposed to do, i dont help people out of bed at night, i tell them to stay the fck in bed since its in the middle of the night. This means that im kind of like ummm so how does this work? and i feel like a fool because i have after all seen this person im supposed to help atleast twice a week for 6 months.
Not to mention the gdamn peoples children that for instance today got upset because we had the blinds in the windows down... I was like im sorry it must have just been a mistake and she smiles and all that and say its just kind of sad when we dont let sunlight into her mothers apartment. I agree since its fair enough. Only one issue, the person who was there that morning actually wanted to pull the blinds up but the woman who lived there (not the complaining visiting daughter) told him not to since the sunlight was to sharp... Oh well.
Basically i dont want to work dayshift... And i guess thats why ill be doing it for 8.5hours again tomorrow. I just hope it will get better as i get used to the daily routines and dont have to spend 10-30% of my time figuring things out. It would probably help if i wasnt working with one of the notorious slow workers today and im guessing tomorrow to.
Only good thing about working day is that today and tomorrow im gonna get a total of about $150 in my hand after taxes which is what i really need from my job right now, enough money to do what i want which btw happen to be hopes for a future with a girl that is incredibly high maintenance since she lives 3000 miles away. |
